At KAZA Nearby, we strive to ensure that users receive high-quality services from trusted providers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users may cancel a booking or request a refund. By booking a service through our platform, you agree to the following terms.

2. Service Booking

  • The service provider is notified immediately upon booking.
  • Once the provider confirms availability, the booking becomes active.
  • Payment is securely processed through our payment gateway.

3. Cancellation by User

Before Service Confirmation:

You may cancel anytime before the provider confirms. A full refund (if paid) will be initiated automatically.

After Confirmation but Before Start:

May incur a small convenience fee (gateway charge). The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

After Service Has Started:

No refund will be applicable. You may contact support if there are quality or conduct issues.

4. Cancellation by Service Provider

  • Users will receive a full refund.
  • Our system will attempt to assign an alternative verified provider as quickly as possible.
  • Repeated cancellations by a provider may result in suspension from the KAZA platform.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Payment gateway or bank delays are beyond KAZA Nearby's control, but we will always assist in tracking your refund.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The service has already been started or completed.
  • The user provides false or incomplete booking information.
  • Service dissatisfaction is due to personal preference rather than genuine non-performance.
  • The user violates our Terms & Conditions or engages in abuse/misconduct.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Contact our support team at contact@kazanearby.com within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Our team will review your case and, if applicable, initiate partial or full refund consideration.
  • KAZA's decision after investigation will be final and binding.
