How does the booking process work?
Browse services, choose a provider (or use Express Booking), set your price, pick a date and time, then confirm. The provider accepts your offer and arrives at your scheduled slot.
Are service providers verified?
Yes! Every KAZA provider goes through an identity verification process using government-issued documents (Aadhaar/PAN) before they can take bookings on our platform.
Can I negotiate the price?
Absolutely. KAZA lets you make an offer and providers can accept, counter, or decline. You're always in control of what you pay.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways.
What is Express Booking?
Express Booking matches you instantly with the best available provider for your service request. Just set your price and time — we'll handle the rest.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel from the Booking Details page before the provider starts the service. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days per our refund policy.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
